What kinds of notarization can I ask about?
You can inquire about acknowledgments, oaths, affirmations, and jurats. Share the general document type and any instructions from its receiving organization. Suitability is reviewed before the appointment.
Where will we meet?
Appointments are arranged individually at an agreed location in Ohio. Include your city or general meeting area in your inquiry. Location and availability are confirmed directly with Ally.
What will it cost?
Your fees are confirmed before the appointment. Ohio permits a fee of up to $5 per in-person notarial act, calculated per act rather than per signature. If travel is arranged, any reasonable travel fee is agreed in advance and identified separately.
Can I receive legal advice or help choosing a document?
This service provides notarization. Legal advice, document drafting, and decisions about which legal document or notarial certificate you need should be addressed with an attorney or the receiving organization, as appropriate.
Does an email request reserve an appointment?
Your email starts an inquiry. An appointment is confirmed only after you and Ally agree on availability, location, and the service details.
